Cobalt, the...the Ontario silver camp, is
a very interesting locality, from both a
mineralogical and a geological viewpoint...information is scant and
not very specific.
The town of Cobalt is one locality:
South Lorraine, twenty miles in...some ten miles
to the northeast is another and Gowganda
area, sixty-three miles to the west is another separate...altho the one
term of 'Cobalt' is somewhat loosely
used to include them all.
