Important update: as part of our product rebranding efforts, this 7.2.3 version is the last release using the old GrapeCity.Documents package naming. Starting with version 7.2.4 and onwards, the package will only be released using the new package names below and this GrapeCity.Documents package will be phased out.
It is highly recommended to update to these new packages as soon as you can. Transitioning to the new packages has been simplified through the Documents Migration tool, conveniently included in the product trial download zip files available for the respective products:
Please note that despite the adoption of new package names, the APIs, namespaces, and type names remain unchanged. You will not need to modify your code. Only the package names and DLL names have been changed, just requiring updates to the new package references.

Document Solutions for Word Layout Engine is a cross-platform library that provides layout services to Document Solutions for Word (DsWord, formerly GcWord). Adding this library to a project that uses DsWord enables exporting Word documents to PDF and image formats (TIFF, JPEG, PNG). This library does not depend on MS Office.
GcWordLayout is compatible with .NET 8, .NET 7, .NET 6, .NET Standard 2.x, .NET Framework 4.6.1 or higher.
All features are fully supported on Windows, macOS and Linux.

# Important note for users of the GrapeCity.Documents.Word.Layout package:
- The GrapeCity.Documents.Word.Layout package has been renamed and this is the last release under the old package naming. Starting with the next 7.2.4 version, it will be released under the new name DS.Documents.Word.Layout only. The new package provides the same functionality, ensures future enhancements, and is backwards compatible with GrapeCity.Documents.Word.Layout. Please update your references to avoid any possible future interruptions. Existing subscriptions will continue to apply to the new package.
- GrapeCity.Documents.Word.Layout 已经更名为 GcDocs.Word.Layout。从 V7.2.4 版本开始，将仅以 GcDocs.Word.Layout 进行更新及维护。
