Toshiro Akamatsu

Toshiro Akamatsu was a Japanese cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Akamatsu was selected to compete at his home Olympics in Japan. He finished 106th in the individual road race, more than 47 minutes behind the race winner.
