Biography

Roberto Breppe competed three times for Argentina at the Olympic Games. In 1965 he also competed at the World Championships, placing sixth in the amateur road race and riding for Argentina in the team time trial, in which they finished 11th. His brother Luis won gold with the road time trail team (with Delmo Delmastro, Carlos Miguel Álvarez, and Juan Cavallieri) at the 1967 Pan American Games. In December 2004, Breppe was accorded the title of Citizen of Honor by his hometown of Paraná.
