How to get Onic sim?

Start your journey with Onic! Get the app from the Play Store or App Store.

Choose Plan and Order

Pick a plan, keep your number or get a new one, and place your order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Note: You cannot port if you're from AJK, changed ownership recently, or have used your current SIM for less than 60 days.

  1. Install the Onic App and sign up with your email.
  2. Choose a plan and tap “Transfer Number.”
  3. Fill in your personal.
  4. Make payment and confirm order.
  5. For MNP, send “MNP” to 667, then forward the response to 76333.
  6. Porting takes 4 working days.

Purchasing a new line on Onic is very simple! All you need to do is:

  1. Visit our website or install the Onic Mobile App.
  2. Choose your desired base plan and click next.
  3. Create a new account using your email.
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your email.
  5. Provide your profile.
  6. Make payment via Credit Card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account.
  7. Click “Submit” to complete the request.
  8. Your order will be processed and you’ll be contacted for ID verification.
  9. After biometric & ICCID scanning, your SIM will be activated within 2 hours.

Open the Onic App, go to “Activate Your SIM,” and use the scanner to scan the ICCID printed on your SIM. Alternatively, you can manually enter it.

A physical SIM is a plastic card inserted into your device. An eSIM is embedded in your phone and can be activated digitally. Please check your handset compatibility before purchasing an eSIM.

  1. Log into the Onic App.
  2. Go to Dashboard > “Usage Logs.”
  3. Choose Data, Voice, or SMS logs.
  4. Pick a time period.
  5. Click “Get Logs.”
  6. Check your email inbox for the report.

  4. Make an online payment.
  5. The plan will be activated after successful payment.
