There is plenty to see and do at the Royal Palace Amsterdam.
You can explore the Palace with a complimentary audio tour, join a guided tour, or take part in special activities for families and children.
Twice a year, the Palace presents exhibitions:
• In spring: the Royal Award for Modern Painting
• In summer: a changing seasonal exhibition

During your visit, you will receive a free audio tour, allowing you to discover the history and current function of the Palace.
Admire the impressive architecture and sculptural decoration, uncover remarkable details and explore the richly decorated interiors featuring artworks by Govert Flinck and Ferdinand Bol.

Traces of Slavery in the Royal Palace Amsterdam, eleven authors highlight a number of traces of slavery within the Palace. The publication invites visitors to look more closely at these often overlooked traces in the building, its artworks and its history.
You can pick up a free copy opposite the audio tour desk and use it during your visit.
