While Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 GA images have been available for download since last week, Red Hat used the Red Hat Summit this week in Boston to formally announce the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 availability.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 is now available for taking on modern enterprise Linux workloads. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 comes with RHEL Lightspeed as an AI-powered service to simplify the RHEL experience. With RHEL Lightspeed you can ask it questions like β€œHelp me troubleshoot SSHD failing to start?” for assistance on administering your RHEL 10 server(s).

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 also brings improvements to the Cockpit web console, new system roles, and many package updates. RHEL 10 features packages such as PHP 8.3, Nginx 1.26, Git 2.47, MySQL 8.4, and more. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 builds off the Linux 6.12 LTS kernel.
