Rust 1.0 has been officially released!

Today marks a huge day for Mozilla's Rust language with the 1.0 milestone marking the end of the language's heavy changes, offering a firm set of libraries that will no longer be breaking in the Rust 1.x series, etc. However, Rust 1.0 doesn't mean the language is "done" as there's still many more improvements coming for this exciting general purpose language.

Rust is a programming language compiled by LLVM that's intended to be a safe, concurrent, and practical language. Those wishing to learn more about the Rust 1.0 programming language release can visit Rust-Lang.org.
