VKD3D 1.17 made its debut this morning as the newest version of this Direct3D 12 over Vulkan API implementation.

VKD3D 1.17 is the newest feature release for this Vulkan-powered Direct3D implementation developed by upstream Wine. VKD3D is bundled with Wine and the upstream effort compared to Valve's VKD3D-Proton downstream that is shipped by Steam Play (Proton).
