Wine 10.10 is out today as the newest bi-weekly development release of this open-source software that allows running Windows games and applications on Linux and other platforms.

Wine 10.10 updates to using the latest Mono 10.1 release, adds more support for generating Windows Runtime metada in WIDL, and P010 format support in Media Foundation.

There are 38 known bug fixes in Wine 10.10 helping software from Rise of Nations to Lotus Freelance to Unreal 2 games. FEAR. STALKER, StarCraft, and Horizon Chase are also some of the other games seeing fixes in this bi-weekly release.
