2019 Linux Performance: Ubuntu Up ~1%, Fedora Up ~2%, Clear Linux Up ~7%

In some cases Clear Linux saw improvements where their optimizations at the end of 2018 were less than ideal but now in much better shape as we get ready to enter 2020.
While in some of the other cases, Clear's lead became even greater than its advantages over Fedora and Ubuntu last year.
