In the Vulkan compute tests, the open-source Mesa RADV driver shipped by Ubuntu 21.04 tended to be competitive with Windows 10 and the official Radeon Software driver. Then again with the Ryzen 5000 series mobile processors still using Vega class graphics, that open-source driver support is quite mature at this stage.
For some OpenGL workloads, RadeonSI on Linux was outperforming the Windows driver.
