Windows 11 Better Than Linux Right Now For Intel Alder Lake Performance

Windows 11 was showing much stronger performance for the Rust-written rav1e AV1 video encoder benchmarks. Ubuntu 21.10 with Linux 5.16 Git meanwhile was the slowest.
In other video encode benchmarks we were also seeing Windows 11 leading over Linux for this Core i9 12900K benchmarking.
At least in some of the highly threaded benchmarks where all of the P and E cores were likely being utilized the same in their full capacity across Windows and Linux, the Linux distributions were in front albeit by slim margins.
