Across the web browser tests of Firefox and Google Chrome, Windows 11 was leading and in some cases by wide margins. We are used to seeing Windows' Chrome and Firefox outperforming the Linux builds but in this case it was at times by very significant differences. There was also high run-to-run variance on Linux, again likely caused by the unoptimized Thread Director for Linux with not yet having any kernel software integration.
