AlmaLinux 10 Beta Running Great With Nice Performance As Free/Community Alternative To RHEL 10

Across dozens of benchmarks was seeing similar performance between the RHEL 10.0 beta and AlmaLinux 10.0 beta on the same hardware.

This is a pretty short and sweet review: AlmaLinux 10.0 beta has been working out well in my tests thus far and the performance benchmarks are right inline with upstream RHEL 10.0 beta. RHEL 10 and in turn AlmaLinux 10 and other derivatives are looking very nice in the performance department for delivering further gains on modern hardware. Look for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 production release in the first half of next year followed by the stable releases of community derived distributions like AlmaLinux 10.0.
