Those wishing to go through even more performance data can find the results from 440+ benchmarks for a very diverse range of workloads for this memory comparison on the AMD EPYC 4364P / 4564P up against the Intel Xeon E-2488.

For heavy HPC-like workloads, some databases, and other scenarios the DDR5-5200 uplift over the DDR5-4800 can be measurable while in other areas it largely comes down to a minimal difference. Even when the 8-core AMD EPYC 4364P was at DDR5-4800 speeds to match the top limit of the Xeon E-2400 series, the EPYC 4364P continued outperforming that 8-core Xeon E-2488 flagship processor.
