Outside of the typical workloads used by small web hosts and other SOHO servers, the AMD EPYC 4545P was delivering the best performance-per-Watt in various creator workloads too.

Sixteen cores with AVX-512 and a 65 Watt default TDP (or around 85 Watt in reality based on the PowerCap/RAPL interfaces) is the only processor achieving this right now and significantly faster than the 12-core Zen 4 65 Watt part (EPYC 4464P).

The strong AVX-512 performance of the Zen 5 architecture helped the EPYC 4545P outperform the 16-core EPYC 4004 processors in capable workloads.
