Pretty much whatever you want to throw on Naples and Genoa, it's a stunning five year difference for AMD on the HPC/server front. Again, rather sad about the lack of working RAPL reporting on Zen 1 for being able to deliver accurate performance-per-Watt figures.
For AVX-512 heavy workloads, even going from Rome or Milan to Genoa can make sense and serve as a worthwhile upgrade for better performance or looking to scale down your rackspace/power footprint.
