Very solid benefits out of AVX-512 with AMD EPYC Turin and much better than AVX-512 during its early days going back several generations on the Intel side.
It's too bad this Supermicro server wasn't POSTing with EPYC Genoa for a comparison to prior-gen or having the option of running the EPYC Turin processor with a 256-bit AVX-512 DP configuration.
