AMD Radeon RX 9070 Series Linux GPU Compute Performance

For the FluidX3D OpenCL CFD software with FP32 data types, the Radeon RX 9070 series performance was similar to the Radeon RX 7900 XT.
Additional FluidX3D runs had the Radeon RX 9070 outperforming the Radeon RX 9070 XT, which wouldn't be expected but again we're seeing some odd results with this initial ROCm run on RDNA4.
The Radeon RX 9070 series performance was competitive with GpuOwl and looking good relative to the NVIDIA competition.
