For creators running CPU-based rendering work or other heavy tasks, the Ryzen 7 7840HS helps in often delivering slightly better performance. In some workloads the Ryzen 7 7840U and Ryzen 7 7840HS were performing rather close and at similar power levels.
The AMD Ryzen Zen 4 laptop processors beat out Meteor Lake even in some of Intel's own software offerings like OSPRay Studio.
