Debian 13 Testing picked up some rare wins for the OpenSSL performance.
For the fastest compilation speeds it was a mix of CachyOS, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, and Debian 13 Testing.
For CPU-based video encoding, Clear Linux with its default optimizations can yield some wins while for the OpenAPV encoder the older Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS release was surprisingly taking the lead in several test cases.
