With the WebP imaging library the WebP encode performance was consistently much faster when built using Clang than using GCC.
Clang also generated faster binaries for the TSCP chess benchmark.
👁 GraphicsMagick benchmark with settings of Operation: Enhanced. GCC 13.2 - Default was the fastest.

The OpenMP-threaded GraphicsMagick program was delivering similar performance between GCC and Clang on this AmpereOne server while in some tests slightly favored GCC.
