Right off the bat there was a significant improvement in Bcachefs performance as it pertained to the SQLite write performance with multiple copies being run simultaneously. A big improvement here with that latest Bcachefs code compared to what is found in the upstream Linux 6.17 kernel.

No real difference in the FIO random read 4K performance with the new Bcachefs code.

Meanwhile for the 4K random write performance with FIO, the latest Bcachefs code ended up being slower than the upstream Linux 6.17 state at least for the stock mount options on this PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSD configuration.
