Across the various kernel micro-benchmarks of Stress-NG and the context switching time with ctx-clock, there wasn't anything special about the linux-cachyos-bore kernel.
With video encoding tasks, the linux-cachyos-bore kerne performance was inline with the other kernels sans the slower Linux LTS kernel build. The linux-cachyos-lts kernel uses the BORE scheduler patched in that led some to speculate about BORE's behavior in the prior article.
