At least of the benchmarks run, there ultimately wasn't anything too special about the linux-cachyos-bore kernel with the BORE scheduler. While some speculated some of the linux-cachyos-lts kernel wins was due to it having the BORE scheduler, this round of testing does not confirm that thought.
In all the benchmarks, the CachyOS BORE kernel came in right behind on the default CachyOS kernel on a geo mean basis.benchmarks you can also better quantify the performance penalties due to that kernel hardening.
