Benchmarking LLVM/Clang's New AMD Zen Scheduler Model

TSCP is faster with the latest LLVM Clang compiler over 4.0, but the znver1 tuning didn't yield any difference.

Some GraphicsMagick tests are noticeably faster with LLVM Clang SVN over Clang 4.0. In some of these tests, the znver1 tuning is yielding better performance.

Himeno currently regresses with the znver1 tuning.

As does ebizzy too.
