It's nice to see the C-Ray multi-threaded ray-tracer running slightly faster with the newest Clang compiler.

Znver1 tuning does help some of the Bullet Physics tests.

The znver1 tuning also helps FLAC audio encoding, but basically no difference to Clang 4.0.

While znver1 tuning continues to regress LAME MP3 encoding performance.
