Clear Linux Concluding 2019 With ~7% Faster Performance For The Year, Some Open-Source Workloads Much Faster

Facebook's RocksDB enterprise database was one of the workloads seeing mixed results.
The drop in PHP performance was one of the surprising regressions but Clear's PHP performance still is leading over most other Linux distributions in their default PHP packages.
The Python performance is about the same even with having shifted from Python 3.7 to 3.8.
But at least other databases like PostgreSQL and SQLite were either running the same or faster.
