Fresh Docker Linux Benchmarks For Summer 2018

To not much surprise with the same kernel being used for the entire duration of the tests, there wasn't any real I/O difference between these latest Docker images for basic storage tests using FIO.
With the FS-Mark file-system test there was some deviation between the platforms and Fedora 28, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, and Clear Linux 23730 were all running at the front of the group while Arch Linux, Debian 9, and CentOS 7 were running slower and the lightweight Alpine Linux coming in the middle of the race.
