Fedora Server 42 Is Performing Well On 5th Gen AMD EPYC "Turin"

On the whole Fedora Server 42 was performing very well on this high core count, modern x86_64 server.
The newer Linux kernel versions help a lot with some of the Cryptsetup cryptography benchmarks thanks to a variety of AVX/VAES optimizations and the like in recent kernel versions.
