FreeBSD 14.1 vs. FreeBSD 14.0 Benchmarks On AMD Ryzen Threadripper
There were some wins in the Stress-NG kernel micro-benchmarks for tests like the forking performance but slight regressions in other test cases. The libc string functions test was also much faster on FreeBSD 14.1, potentially due to the AMD64 libc SIMD optimizations.
