For Llama.cpp with the Vulkan back-end that works across both Intel and AMD graphics, the Ryzen AI 0 HX 370 was having faster TG128 performance with Granite 3.0 3b than the Ultra X7 358H.

For prompt processing 512, the Panther Lake SoC came out ahead of the Radeon 890M graphics here. The Meteor Lake laptop failed to run this test due to insufficient RAM.
