Depending upon the workload, the winner varied. The Ryzen 7 7840U performed better in workloads benefiting from AVX-512 and other cases where having all high performance cores was beneficial. In other cases the Core Ultra 7 155H with its 22 threads was better off.

SIMDjson is one of the workloads where AVX-512 pays off well.
Not only was simdjson faster with the Zen 4 mobile SoC but doing so at much less power use.
