During the video encoding tests the Core Ultra 7 155H did tend to have high run-to-run variance, potentially indicating poor behavior with P vs. E core hopping.
With only a few exceptions, the Ryzen 7 7840U was near consistently better than the Core Ultra 7 155H across the many different video encode benchmarks and inputs/settings tested.
