Intel Xeon 6 Performance Feature Benchmarks: Latency Optimized Mode

There were significant performance gains for the tested OpenJDK Java workloads when running with Intel's Latency Optimized Mode option. But the power use was higher and not in all cases did it lead to better performance-per-Watt than the defaults. But at least for some of the OpenJDK Java workloads this Latency Optimized Mode with Granite Rapids was very much worthwhile.
