Those wanting to go through 415 benchmarks in total across these three AMD/Intel current generation laptops can find all the fresh performance data via this result page. Fresh graphics benchmarks are coming up in their own dedicated article.
When taking the geometric mean of all the results run on all of the laptops, the CPU performance for the Ryzen 7 7840U was around 27% faster than the Core Ultra 7 155H while the Ryzen 7 7840HS was about 35% faster than that Intel Meteor Lake laptop.
The AMD Zen 4 wins were all the more compelling when looking at the SoC power consumption with the Ryzen 7 7840U consuming 27.1 Watts on average across all of the benchmarks with a peak of 51 Watts compared to the Core Ultra 7 155H having a 29.6 Watt average and a peak of 65 Watts.
