Linux 6.16's New "X86_NATIVE_CPU" Option Enhances I/O & Some Graphics/Gaming Workloads

For most workloads tested, including many kernel-sensitive tasks, there was minimal impact on this AMD Zen 5 laptop from using the X86_NATIVE_CPU option new to Linux 6.16.

But when moving to some of the I/O heavy workloads is where there began to show a slight advantage of using the X86_NATIVE_CPU kernel build.
