Linux 6.19's Significant ~30% Performance Boost For Old AMD Radeon GPUs

The Radeon HD 7950 graphics card launched back in 2012 and now 13+ years later is still seeing open-source activity on Linux.
Running the AMDGPU kernel driver by default on Linux 6.19 yielded very nice improvements over the Radeon kernel driver. No performance regressions were found in my Radeon HD 7950, just a lot of stellar improvements all these years later finally being found by default for the AMD GCN 1.0/1.1 hardware.
