Debian Testing and openSUSE Tumbleweed were delivering much quicker build times than the rest for compiling the Linux kernel.

But when it came to compiling LLVM, AlmaLinux 9.4 was the fastest. This doesn't come too much of a surprise as it also is using the oldest compiler (GCC 11) of the operating systems tested. Typically newer compilers come at the expensive of slower build times due to increased language features, optimizations, etc.
