The SVT-AV1 high performance AV1 encoder was seeing some small speed-ups when making use of Clang 21 rather than Clang 20.
The uvg266 H.266 encoder also joined the club of seeing slightly higher performance when being built by Clang 21 rather than Clang 20.
With x265 there was a slight advantage with the prior release.

7-Zip and Coremark saw Clang 21 regress compared to Clang 20.
