In the aging Metro Last Light Redux game and OpenGL, the RTX 2080 TI was only 10% faster over the GTX 1080 Ti.... But 61% faster than the RX Vega 64.
Rise of the Tomb Raider with Vulkan was significantly faster with the RTX 2080 Ti over the GTX 1080 Ti and about twice the speed of the Radeon RX Vega 64 on Linux.
Rise of the Tomb Raider on Linux is very much playable at 4K with the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.
