When running HITMAN under Steam Play on Ubuntu 25.04 with the latest NVIDIA driver support, the RTX 5060 Ti was at 84% the speed of the RTX 4070. For fans of HITMAN the Radeon RX 7700 XT at around $450 would provide much better value than the RTX 5060 Ti at $480~549 with current prices.

At 4K the HITMAN game was still enjoying playable framerates on the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB graphics card.

DiRT Rally 2.0 at 1440p and 4K enjoyed a pleasant experience under Steam Play on Linux with the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti. For this racing game the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti performance was similar to the Radeon RX 7700 XT graphics card on the open-source RADV driver.

The performance-per-Watt with the RTX 5060 Ti was ahead of the Radeon RX 7700 XT for those more concerned about power efficiency than just the initial graphics card price.
