With the VGG-16 model, the RTX 2070 was 80% faster than the GeForce GTX 1070.
The performance-per-Watt for the GeForce RTX 2070 in this case was 61% better than the Pascal GTX 1070.
While at FP32 the benefits diminished but still this cut-down Turing graphics card was running competitively.
