In cases where the open-source AMD driver performance is very good, the RTX 3080 Ti isn't too far ahead of the RX 6800 XT. The Radeon RX 6800 XT should cost below the RTX 3080 Ti pricing but given the current supply chain constraints, availability is tough and some Internet listings have the RX 6800 XT well above the thousand dollar mark.
