Note for the build Linux kernel test specifically, it's best to just compare the x86_64 and AArch64 instances separately. Due to different kernel modules being built depending upon whether it's for x86_64 or AArch64.

For those evaluating cloud options for CI/CD build farms or other cases of frequently compiling code, the Oracle E6 instances were offering leading performance and value of the tested instances.
