With the Threadripper 3990X workstation already being two years old and having enjoyed nice uplift on prior Linux releases, there wasn't too much to broadly get excited about with the CPU/system performance going from Pop!_OS 21.10 to 22.04.
In some specific packages like the srsRAN LTE/5G software-defined radio package, there were some performance improvements to enjoy when running on Pop!_OS 22.0.4
