Python 3.11 Performance Benchmarks Are Looking Fantastic
While Python 3.8 to Python 3.10 the performance was largely the same without any broad performance improvements, the speed-ups with Python 3.11 are looking huge for this reference implementation and akin to the level of optimizations seen on the PHP side from PHP5 to PHP7.
Python 3.11 will be a very exciting release with significant performance gains. Though with it not arriving as stable until October, it may not appear out-of-the-box by some of the Linux distributions until their H1'2023 releases.
