Final Benchmarks Of AMDVLK vs. RADV AMD Radeon Vulkan Drivers

For traditional rasterized Linux games -- including Valve Steam Play (Proton) titles, the RADV driver has typically been faster than AMDVLK for a while besides occasional bugs. The latest RADV Vulkan driver is much faster than where AMDVLK left off for DiRT Rally 2.0 under Steam Play on both Radeon RX 9070 graphics cards.
With GravityMark the non-ray-traced version was faster on RADV but with the Vulkan ray-tracing benchmark we still see AMDVLK performing better than RADV. As shown in prior articles, RADV ray-tracing has made a lot of progress this year but as these AMDVLK tests show there still is more potential for RADV.
