While the Intel Xeon 6 Sierra Forest performance has improved around 14% overall with software updates since launch, it's still no match for the latest AMD EPYC 9005 series processors.
It will be very interesting to see though how Intel Clearwater Forest ends up performing relative to Sierra Forest once those next-gen E core server processors are shipping.
